My Portfolio allows the savvy investor to manage their property portfolio from one convenient location

My Portfolio lets you track the market estimate value of your property portfolio and monitor the reports you have purchased.

To add your property to My Portfolio simply select it from the myRPData Map screen, then match the Lot Plan details to your rates notice from the list provided.

Claiming Your Property

Claiming your property will add it to your "My Portfolio".

• Login to myRPData.com (If you are not a member, please sign up. It's free).
• Enter your property details into the Search section on the front page and click the "Map It" button
• A map of your property should appear on the screen.
• Click on your property on the map and an Information Bubble will appear.
• Click on the "Claim Property" link on the Information Bubble.
• You will be asked to authenticate your ownership, so you will be asked to select your Lot Plan number from a list. (You can usually find your Lot Plan number on your Council rates notice).
• Click the "Continue" button.
• You have claimed your property. It will now appear in your "My Portfolio".

RP Estimate Subscription

Just $49.95 to track your property's value for one year!

Our RP Estimate Subscription delivers you an RP Estimate at the time of purchase as well as re-estimating your property's worth every 2 weeks for a period of 12 months. The updated value will appear in the property details on your "My Portfolio" page.

The RP Estimate report you receive at the time of purchase contains your property's current estimated value, a Standard Deviation score and details of surrounding property sales.

To purchase your RP Estimate Subscription just click on the link next to your property's details in your "My Portfolio" page that says "Buy Estimate to Display".
